Development of a wide variety of molds

Development of molds with multiple layers of different materials

We develop molds with highly efficient insulation and thermal conductivity that serve to improve molding cycles, mold temperature’s increase, and temperature variance. Such a wide variety of materials can be used to produce various molds.

Development of molds with excellent mold releasability

We develop coating with excellent mold releasability without using mold parting agents.

Development of molds that transfer nano-objects on the surface of molded parts

The purpose of developing this type of mold is to create added values, such as the ability to repel water, by transferring nano-objects on the surface of molds.

Development of electroformed molds with high-heat resistance in molding

The electroformed coating developed here can stay hard even with a high temperature of 300°C or more which can resist high-temperature molding, such as low-melting glass molding.

Reproduction of molds with ultra-fine structure and development of enlarged electroformed molds

The processing cost of ultra-fine molds which requires high-precision processing that works using a diamond bite is extremely expensive. This molding method’s primary issue is the difficulty in retaining reproducibility due to diamond bite deficits. Combining imprint technology with electroforming can lead to reproducing electroformed molds that have exactly the same shape as a certain ultra-fine prototype while the prototype is stored safely. We also develop enlarged electroformed molds embedded with reproduced electroformed molds.
